we call our clients prior to dispatching the van
according to the dispatcher on duty, we were really busy and the phone call wasn't answered so we put the trip to the back of the linewhich means the wait time is considerableeven if the client calls back minutes later we have already
called the next client to confirm
We provide trips a day for dialysis, hospitals etcwork trips, I wish we could provide faster pickups but we serve a large area
were sorry for there missed trips, the dispatchers are instructed to hang when the clients are yelling at them

We were told to call about minutes before we were readyThey asked for the phone number of the location which we gaveThey said they would call us when they were on their wayThis also happened the week before
When we did not get a call back after waiting an hour and a half we called themWe were told nothing was availableWe never raised our voices but only asked when they would behave a taxi availableThe man rudely slammed the phone down.sorry - have a taxi available, not behave - although behave might be a relevant word here

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR DRIVERS AND OTHER CLIENTS WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT PEOPLE WHO ACT IN THIS

I WOULD SUGGEST SHE USES A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR HER TRANSPORTATION IN THE FUTURE
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A CLIENT TO YELL AND CUSS AT OUR EMPLOYEES

Because they not accepting responsibility for their actions they are just trying to make me out to be some person that can't control they self or a psycho and I am not from my earlier response and this one visualize their characters I admitted I was upset they didn't admit to playing any role in it like their squeaky clean I have always got in the service vehicle and with their drivers and been polite and said thank you and never had issues with the drivers and for the record I don't want to ride with their service anymore either I have already make other arrangements so they trying to hurt us by that they can keep it because it's not but you are not gonna refuse me service and leave us stranded and continue to do others the same way or worse without any accountability or actions given if no one regulate or hold them accountable then they are going to keep treating people bad I have no criminal record or otherwise and their is no excuse for them and they behaviors and yell cuss and do worse to people all the time it's people on sites with bad reviews about the Triple A company it's not OK or right for them to do us wrong they can't even give any kind of explanation as to what they were doing or why they were unavailable so long I guess they were just on a lunch break and short staff and decided they was going to missing an hour and no one would notice but got caught up when I called and I know others too their is NO EXCUSE for horrible service and their bad and drinking or worse attitudes and the women that answered were no management it's the guy who has the bad attitude then some lady just don't want to really do the job they want to get PAID but don't want have rules to follow behind their actions I have proof in my phone how many times I called and how long before I got an answer and all the number I dialed Im not quite sure how to access it to you right now I even called the police at the time on them to see what could they do they claimed nothing and they couldn't even give us a ride or wouldn't for whatever reasons I remember the police would give courses rides in a case such as mine anyhow the right thing to do was to bring me and my disabled daughter home and if their was a danger the driver could have called police which we have never done anything like that period in our lives and the next step could have been if you didn't like cause that what it is using your service then do like I'm doing and go thru the necessary procedures to have us ride with someone else you follow laws and regulations and STOP making your own but never STRANDED I wouldn't do it my worse enemy you're suppose to be a business so be professional at all times on the clock period I am not just going sweep this under the carpet my daughter most certainly do anything and you trying to say I did something so horrible or would NO their you go LYING on me again not my character we are very sweet people you can ask my neighbors or just about anyone I come in contact with especially your drivers but you gave me a punishment that day you thought Iwe should have and you still doing it and now you need to get yours on behalf of us and others so you might as well take your pills of a few of these resolutions I've requested cause whether it's this service or another I'm going to see this thru if it takes my whole life to do it The PRINCIPAL you will not make up your own rules as you go along or cause of your feelings either
