Yayservices.corp showed up as Malware on a link to a recipe in Pinterest and had me contact their number. They then proceeded to talk to me on the phone, alerting me that there was malicious virus infection on my computer that threatened for identity theft. They asked for my personal information, credit card number, cell phone number, address, and assured me that after a payment of $349.00 that they would clean my computer and provided 1 year 100% one time only clean with a 5 year protection plan. They assured me that their technicians were Mac certified and that I would be safe and protected. They then forged a fake signature from me on Docusing.com in agreement to payment and authorizing to get into my computer desktop. They sent me emails and phone calls after I was aware of the scam and shut down my computer. I have since re-imaged my laptop, changed passwords, cancelled credit card, and have been ignoring their harassing phone calls. They continue to call from different numbers and have since been calling my family's home line as well.
