In response to complaint No*** on Monday; July 17th an email was sent out to Yazminfacebody clients that the business was closing it's door and that we were working on a resolution to accommodate any/all clients with packages and/or unused
services. Yazminfacebody's legal team is working hard for a resolution in this unexpected closure of the business. We are asking for patience and cooperation from all with this matter. This was an unexpected matter we did not see comingPart of the business is possibly being sold to a third party so that clients have a place to redeem their unused services

policy. The client had come in for three services prior to the August 8th, 2015 appointment and was aware of our location and public parking availability. All clients are confirmed 24 hours in advance and are reminded again of our late and cancellation policy. This allows clients to plan ahead and reschedule if needed. Below is a detailed description with the events that occurred on August 8th, 2015.
On Saturday August 8th, 2015 client Gladys [redacted] was scheduled for her fourth Microdermabrasion treatment at 2:15pm. At 2:15pm the client did not show up for her appointment. After 6 minutes we marked the client's service as a NO CALL NO SHOW. Per our policy a "24 hour cancellation notice is required. Client will be responsible for full amount of service if appointment is not canceled. If redeeming a Gift card, Voucher, and/or Certificate and appointment is not canceled, it will be voided and/nulled" At 2:32pm the client walked in and manager Sandy [redacted] notified the client that we would not be able to perform her service since she was 17 minutes late. Due to the client being 17 minutes late it would run into the next client's service. Sandy (manager) informed the client that per the policy her fourth Microderm. treatment would be debited from her package. The client (Gladys) became highly upset and asked for a refund. She was told that we would check with the owner to see if we could issue a refund for the last (fifth) service. The fourth service would be marked as redeemed. Client then proceeded to leave the spa. Per owner's (Carmen Y.[redacted]) approval the client Gladys [redacted] is scheduled for a refund of $23.80 for her last treatment. Client will be notified this week that she will receive a $23.80 refund check in the mail before September 15th, 2015.
