Review: I placed an order with Yazmo on 6/16/2014 for two of the same item. It is now 6/25, and I never received an email or tracking number. Seeing that I needed my items by 6/27, I called and spoke with a Yazmo rep, who claimed they emailed customers about the delay in shipment. When I told him I didn't receive the email, he accused me of either overlooking or completely deleting the email. Neither of his assumptions were valid as I a) never delete order-related emails and b) never empty the "Trash" inbox in my email accounts (I have have since checked both my inbox and trash and found nothing describing a delay in shipment.) I asked him what the concession would be for the inconvenience, and he said "Free Shipping" for my order. Keep in mind the shipping for my order was already free since I more than the minimum amount needed to get free shipping. Seeing that I need my items in 2 days and they do offer expedited shipping, I asked about that being offered as well, but he told me that I would have to pay the extra money for expedited shipping. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay extra money for the COMPANY's MISTAKE. I have a business launch that I needed my items for and this has only added to an already long list of items that need to be handled for the event. Furthermore, given the amount I spent on the products, the very least the company should have offered was free expedited shipping.Desired Settlement: At this point, it is too late to request that they pay for expedited shipping as the settlement so I would like a billing adjustment of sorts and NOT a coupon/discount code. The codes as pointless to have seeing that I won't be ordering from them again.
