Awesome hair and yes I waited but it was worth the 2/3 week wait

I placed an order on 04/13/2020 in which my purchase price was 384.50 I oredered a bob wig and 3 straight hair bundles 18 inches. on 4/17/2020 I contacted YAZZWIGZ in which I was told that my order will ship 4/20/2020. on 4/22/2020 I contacted YAZZwigz again in which she irately rushed a tracking number. that tracking number has not been updated since. on 5/1/2020 I contacted candice to follow up again. I explained that the post office had no knowledge of such package, usps said the label was sent to them electronically. the package was never physiccally dropped off. 5/1/2020 I was blocked in which I can no longer communicate with yazzewig. on 5/4/2020 I contacted usps in which again they confirmed that they havent received the package

I posted a sale on my Instagram page that would lead to my website... on my Instagram I leave very detailed information . This particular sale was 5-7 day turn around . I mentioned on my Instagram story where I tell customers to make sure they watch it for updates on 4/20/2020 I posted an update that bundle and bob units were slightly delayed and would ship the following week.... This customer contacted me she was very rude at every point of contact , outside of not paying attention to My very detailed information she immediately got very verbal with me . I explained the Tuen around time to her .she seems in a rush so I told her I would rush the order being that clearly the turnaround time I gave wasn’t good enough and she clearly missed the update ... never the lees I provided her tracking information .... I then dropped her package off at my lock facility .... Mind you were in a pandemic ! All packages were delayed ! I’m sure the world is very aware of that ... the customer then contacted me back again the next day saying she contacted postal office meaning the 800 number (a call center ) that clearly states they have no information on individual locations ... they also mention when u call that they are having major delays and their representatives only have so much information ...so unless she spoke to my actual postal office where the package was dropped off she wouldn’t kno ... moving right along yes she contacted me again ... very rude and disrespectful told me I didn’t kno who was on the other side of the chat .. Fact of the matter is yes I did a customer who purchased from my company and that’s it ... that just didn’t pay attention to read but saw a good price and a good product and wanted to buy ... May 4th at 12:53 pm their customer contacted me again saying she spoke with postal again and they said I hadn’t delivered the package when in fact I did and it was scanned in I have uploaded the picture of both the conversation and actual postal tracking information .... I am not sure how to make a grown person read pay attention to what they are spending money on .... Also when she contacted me the second time which I’ve uploaded as well she demanded a full refund however when she shopped on my website she agreed to all sales final ... any customer who shops with me must agree or they can’t purchase ... as you can see her items were delivered ... I do apologize as maybe she was unaware of the pandemic in the world .. maybe she wasn’t aware of postal workers quitting so they didn’t get sick which caused a major delay in all shipping with the world at home ordering online everything was late around this time

Customer returned the package that was delivered ... package has been open I refused package it will

be sent back to customer. Due to covid 19 and sanitation we are not accepting any package back these are final sale items! This is hair! Despite my policy had the package not been opened I would definitely be open to a partial refund ... at this point package has been returned to customer no further action is necessary ... this information is also stated in my policy a legal document on my site thank you ??
