To whom ever it may concern: Reply for a complaint On 08/28/we got a call from ms [redacted] claiming that her hot water heater does not light up and she smell gas The technition went on site and found out that the pilot assembly is not working and that's what made a strong smell of gas so we recommended to change this part The agrred for the price of $that is include to repair one water line and pilot assembly As you can see on the invoice attached that the leak test pass we made sure there is no gas leak! The same day Ms [redacted] called in the evening and said she smell gas again so we sent a tech right away He checked all the connections again and did not find any leak! Attached documents: Work order $service call, hot water heater not lighting/in attic customer smell gas Copy of original invoice signed by Ms [redacted] Replace new pilot assembly for bredford white 239-474-63017, kit for ignition ($500) Remove by pass cold to hot ($150) Leak test- pass!!! Negativ review on YELP that she was mad on the price she paid “they charged me five times for the same work my neighbor did” I think Ms [redacted] was upset about the price and she wanted to get her money back! YB Plumbing responded for every call she made but all she really wanted is to get her money back!!! As you can see Ms [redacted] called for a gas smell and We did the repair!!!!

I think Ms. [redacted] was upset about the price and
she wanted to get her money back!
YB Plumbing responded for every call she made but
all she really wanted is to get her money back!!!
As you can see Ms. [redacted] called for a gas smell and We
did the repair!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The leak still existed when the plumber left. The other plumber came out on Monday and confirmed that YB plumbing left the house with a natural gas leak and no hot water. The attorney general and the Texas Board of State Licensed plumbers have been notified and the plumber who fixed the job stated FRAUD was involved.
I will not close this case until I have my money back in full.
