I am rejecting this response because YD has already given this excuse and are using it as a reason to get out of allowing my product returnI am the final customer, not the contractor who purchased the woodHis job is doneI am the one stuck with floor boards with holesTherefore I am requesting the refundFurthermore, they are still believing I only want to return/replace the board with a hole in itThe fact is I need to replace the whole 1st floor of my home which is covered in the very poor quality wood YD providedIt is impossible to un-install only boardI have to remove and therefore destroy over 1/the room just to get to the broken board.
Revdex.com, please can you help me reach a resolution with YD? I need to my floors ASAP and would like this issue with YD resolved so that I can move onI have provided receipts and my contractors name/number so that everyone can verify this is a valid claimI don't want YD continuing to not address the issue at hand

Dear *** *** ***Our Company warranty applies solely to original purchaser purchasing through an authorized dealer where product have been paid for in fullWe already talked to the Contractor, and I told him that he can pick up the replacement boards anytime if he needs them.Thank you for your concern!Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: my contractor did purchase the flooring and he installed it in my house. Therefore I am the end customer.  I don't want to deal with YD through my contractor, because he has no interest in finding or expediting a resolution.
