I placed an order for a custom made item in February of this year. After I was told it would not be made I asked for a refund. I never received oneI have all the dates and times of my calls and email messages, but they are too numerous to list here. I doubt they are in question. In February I stopped by the shop with my wife. We left a deposit for a custom made shelf. I have the original order form and receipt. After waiting several months and making at least three calls, I was told the piece would not be made and we all agreed a refund was to be sent me. I have called and emailed every week to ten days since and though it was claimed that a check was sent over a month ago, I have never received any payment. I do not understand why this is such an issue. It is indisputable that they have my money and admit to owning it to me.Desired SettlementI simply want my money refunded to me.
