I am very unhappy about my experience with Ye Olde Clock Shoppe in TucsonIn May I asked them about repairing an old clockThey said they were backed up months, but I could get on their waiting listThat was fineAt the beginning of December they called and said that they were ready to work on my clock, so would I please bring it to themI took it to them days later I called each month for an updateEvery time the response was that "it was next in line to be repaired." I called yesterday, March 15th, and was told "they hadn't gotten to it yet." I went to the store and took my clock back the next dayWhen I asked them about the delay, they claimed they had only one person who could work on old clocksI pointed out that they kept telling me my clock was next, so does that mean they only repaired one clock in over three months? They didn't have much to say about that
