Horrible customer service. I visited this location on 5/4/13 I had purchased exactly $68.88 cents worth of merchandise and was not given a receipt nor all the items I paid for. After arriving home I came to the realization that the employee whom rang me up did not bag a shirt I had purchased the following morning I called the business and simply informed the employee on duty of my mishap that had occurred but rather than apologizing for the Inconvenience I was yelled at by a very rude female employee whom was very uncooperative with me and did not resolve my problem. After having been yelled at over the phone I visited the location in hopes of just picking up the shirt I had purchased. When arriving at the store I was once again approached with an attitude and experienced the worst customer service I had ever had I was called a liar and accused of not purchasing thus shirt although I had witness with me at the time of the purchase the manager neglected that I purchased the shirt and told me they cannot give me my item because their employee was incapable if giving me a receipt at the time of the purchase I was informed that even if I did actually purchase the item It'd take a few days to prove and until then I would not receive the product I had already purchased.
