As told to Mr [redacted] minutes prior to Mrs [redacted] filing her complaint, their security deposit was resent to them with a tracking number to ensure delivery which was scheduled for delivery that day as we both saw while logging in and tracking during the phone call They did not receive their deposit on the scheduled day due to issues on the USPS side from looking at the tracking information Regarding their water account, a follow up email was sent to the water billing company and I have a response stating their water billing indeed was stopped as of their move out date, I have talked with our representative as well to ensure they do not receive another water bill

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I have received the deposit via check from the manager

We have checked our records, the check was sent September 15, we have also checked the bank records, it has not cleared our account either I have left a message with [redacted] to call me at her earliest convenience so I can courier a replacement check to her today

Unfortunately, we did not have the correct contact information for this resident, the contact number she gave us in her work order was with a 3rd party to communicate through him. Attempts were made several times to be in contact with this resident to schedule a time to come in, as the day the
initial work order was submitted we were unable to accommodate her and she was adamant we did not have permission to enter. Upon receiving the email from Revdex.com with her concerns and contact information, I made several attempts again to be in contact with her to discuss her concerns. I was unable to reach her, and as of today I have not received a call back. Moving forward with this resident, all correspondence will be in writing, both in email form and posted to her door so there is not any further issues with her feeling like her concerns are not being validated or addressed

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me, however please share this with the business:We confirmed our forwarding address with the rental office numerous times, only to find that our refund check was addressed incorrectly. I called the post office and was informed that I could drive around and locate the mail carrier because it was marked undeliverable due to the address being incorrect. This was an error on the rental office's part, not the post office. I am including a picture of this envelope to indicate that this was not a post office error. The matter has been resolved, but please use more caution when mailing correspondence in the future to other tenants who may not receive their mail.
