This business will never return a phone call and I have left over 15 messages in various lines including customer service and accounts receivable. The email on my bill is unusable. My email was returned to me as a non- existent domain. I sent a registered letter to cancel an automatic renewal yet nobody ever reached out to me to respond but I keep receiving bills from this company. Interestingly, the original bill was forwarded to me from my old business address but somehow, new bills are being generated to my home address. How did they manage that without ever corresponding or speaking to me. This is fraud!!!!!

We have received a bill for $552.26 for services never discussed or authorized. After numerous attempts to contact this company, and getting no response, we STILL continue to be billed. This is a scam, posing as an "online account" provider... but account for what exactly?? Their web presence is non-existent, and there is no legitimate information on the bill explaining what is being "provided." They are just hoping some unsuspecting, over worked consumer will pay it, thinking it is something they authorized and forgot about. SCAM!!! These people should be stopped.

I would like to report this company for fraudulent billing/ internet scams. I have been working with my company for over 5 years. Throughout the years, 2011 - present, this company has continued to send an invoice for services we never authorized. I have called and emailed this company on numerous occasions. No one has ever returned my calls nor my emails. I have mailed the invoices back to the company requesting they stop billing us. They continue to send invoices.
