We installed a patio, pathway and stoop for the client and both Yellow Brick Road and the client agreed that the project turned out great! Unfortunately, one stone on the riser has come loose and needs repairWe apologize for the delay in getting out to fix the stoneWe did agree to extend the warranty and do the repair this season and have been meaning to send someone out for the repairWe understand that the stone should have already been corrected and we apologize for the waitWe are more than happy to do the repair free of charge!

YBR was contacted about the customer's repair needs. In the fall we determined that we would postpone the repairs to give the plantings enough time to establish before the winter. The warranty was fully extended and the customers were told we would come out in the spring and get the repairs done at...

no charge. We are still in the midst of starting up for the season and are not in full swing yet. The customer was contacted the same day the complaint was made via email saying we would be out for the repairs the upcoming week. Since the complaint the customer's have been contacted and we are coming to a solution that is satisfactory to the client and YBR.

A meeting has been scheduled to review his complaints for later this month. At the meeting Kevin will review the complaints and determine if his complaints fall under Yellow Brick Road responsibility as per the terms of our contract.
