Review: On July 22nd, 2014 at around 8:00- 8:15 AM I took a cab (ID NUMBER [redacted]) from union station in DC to [redacted], Maryland, a 15-22 minute ride (that's inclusive of traffic) that should have cost at most $19.44, since I've taken a cab to [redacted] plenty of times. I had a driver of the name Nellie B[redacted] or B[redacted] and she came off as if she knew where she was going. I had to set up her GPS for her and she said she knew a faster way to the address in [redacted]. Little did I know that she had completely no idea, took me on the highway (I questioned her multiple times)took me all around random cities in Maryland ([redacted] and other cities I cannot remember), I was on my way to work and did not arrive 9:15AM. It took her an WHOLE hour to get to a close suburb of DC! And it cost $52.93 to get there. She made multiple u turns, multiple wrong turns, had her GPS die and wanted to use mine, and also to add insult to injury, she could not work her credit card machine and had to call her manager (MOHAMMED) and passed the phone to me because she didn't understand how to fix her machine per her manager's instructions, so had me follow the instructions to help her fix her payment machine. She could not fix it and I had to give my CC over the phone. This was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE CAB RIDE, I'VE EVER HAD... I told her that this ride should not have lasted longer than 22 minutes at the most, nor cost more than $20. I did not want to argue with her as she was at least 70 years old and I deeply respect my elders but I did call the company to complain about this wrong doing and mischarge and have not heard back from them. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIEVE A REAL RECEIPT, JUST A NUMBER BECAUSE SHE COULDNT WORK HER FEED MACHINE....Desired Settlement: I require a $32.64 refund, the difference of what the bill should have been.

Regards,

I called dispatch at (202) 544-1212 after cab #111 threw something out his window and hit my passenger door. It started at the corner of Ripley Rd and Holmes Run. He was sitting at stop sign with his interior light on. I pulled up behind him and looked both ways (twice) nothing was coming so I honked. He turned left and went up to the stop light at Van Dorn. As he approached the light he proceeded to the left turning lane. As I approached the light, with my right turn signal on behind him he moved to the right turning lane. I had to break hard to keep from hitting him as he moved over without a signal. Once we were on Van Dorn passing Taney Ave I passed him in the right lane. When I proceeded to get back over in the left lane he moved to the right lane. I moved back to the right lane and he moved to the left. It was then I felt that he was purposely trying to get past me. When we got to the stop light past Taney Ave, he was angled from the left lane to move back to the right lane behind me. I rolled down my window and snapped a picture of his license plate. When the light changed I waited for him to go past me. He didn’t moved holding up traffic in the left lane. So I proceeded to go and I got over in the left lane past the light. He moves to the right lane and pulls up on my right and throws something at my passenger door. I hear the thud and that is when I called your dispatch and got an operator who took my complaint and then told me that he was transferring me to a supervisor “because he needed to be dealt with” and it ended up being a ringing phone with no voicemail. While waiting for someone to answer the cab driver sped off and made an illegal U-turn to try to get away. I think he saw me on the phone and knew I was reporting him.
