phone. Who said it was here in the office? What was the number of the cab? Where was she picked up or dropped off? What was the fare? If she knew who told her the phone was here, she might...

I can show you 7 phones (androids)and occasionally
a pair of panties and socks. We have no I phones today or last month.
As long as I am in a restaurant or cab, my phone is in my purse. I would suggest you do the same.

The response provided is an accurate representation of the treatment that we received from the employees at Yellow Cab when trying to resolve the matter of our lost phone. It is rude, condescending and unprofessional. We never questioned who was responsible for the phone, but received multiple different versions concerning whether or not the phone was found, and if it was being kept in the locked storage area. If the driver did in fact find the phone, as he said he did after being called, then we would have expected it to be kept in a lost and found area that it could have been retrieved from. Concerning the matter of the driver's name, cab number, etc., my daughter did not think to get this information since she did not believe that there would be an issue retrieving her phone nor could she have imagined the terrible treatment that she would receive afterward. Also, when I spoke to a dispatcher, he refused to give me his name nor the name of the manager, and as was described in the complaint hung up on me twice. Even after the police were involved, the information provided appeared to be false, since my daughter was never able to speak to a manager after repeated calls at the times given. We have finally given up trying to deal with this company, since it is not worth the aggravation. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that the phone will not be returned. It is unfortunate when a company treats its customers with such a lack of courtesy, and they can be assured that we will never use their services again, and will continue to mention this incident whenever possible.
