Review: My family and I took one of their cabs on January 21, 2015 from the [redacted] in Anaheim CA. to the [redacted]. When the cab driver lifted the mini van trunk my laptop case fell out and hit the ground and my [redacted] laptop was damaged. I called Yellow Cab to report the incident once I got to my hotel room.They are taking no responsibility even though their cab driver loaded my laptop into the cab.Desired Settlement: I would like Yellow Cab to pay for the replacement of my [redacted] Laptop.
