There are thousands of Yellow Cab companies across the country and seven or more just in the SF bay area.
We are just one of them and unfortunately this customer and his son, the internet does not do a great job of separating them...
geographically. There is no relationship between these companies beyond the shared name,
The SF in Yellow Cab SF is short for San Francisco and that is a picture of the Golden gate bridge across the top of our website.
In the first attachment you see what happens when I enter your address in our system. A warning explains we only pick up in SF.
If I ignore the first warning and attempt to book anyway, a second warning explains it's not a valid address.
We're sorry to hear this customer had such an experience, but we do will take responsibility for it.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Yellow cabs response states that a warning will tell the customer that his address is invalid (cannot be served). No such warning was given. Additionally, Yellow Cab phone operator did not explain the situation to us, just said we needed to find another cab company, and then hung up.
Yellow Cab cause both of serious problems, and they need to send me the requested $100.

We do not serve El Dorado Hills and never have. The customers forced the address unto the service request form despite several warnings that this was not an acceptable address. Customer was also told verbally that we do not service El Dorado Hills. SF Yellow Cab is restricted by permit to serve only the City and County of San Francisco. El Dorado Hills is in the vicinity of Sacramento.
