On June 25th 2015 the customer had a time order placed in for 5:00pm, a driver ([redacted]) was dispatch to her address at 4:47 pm. The driver call the passenger several times with no response. to her that the driver tried to contact her and got”No Response”. We then dispatched another Cab ([redacted]) driver got to the resident try again to call passenger out “NO RESPONSE”. The Call Center supervisor call she answer, came outside said that she wasn’t going to make her bus and cancelled the cab. I spoke with the customer on the June 26th 2015 explain to her that we made several attempt to contact her on the day . I then refer her to the Operations Manager he called several times with “NO RESPONSE”.

I have also broken down their message and have included my comments in large red font for the company to see what I have listed as I believe they are thinking of another complaint as I never spoke with anyone except left messages, trying to get this resolved.

The driver marked the order “NO show”.  This is not true as I have no missed calls - so they will need to supply me with a call log of these alleged phone calls. I was sitting outside from about 4:40pm my phone in hand waiting on the cab as I have documentation showing a conversation with my boyfriend about waiting and sitting outside early.The customer called back about the time order, at this time we explained to her that the driver tried to contact her and got”No Response”.What is the alleged time of this phone call? This is also not accurate as I did not call the company but received 1 phone call at 5:07pm asking if I still need a pick up made from number ([redacted]).   We then dispatched another Cab ([redacted]) driver got to the resident try again to call passenger out “NO RESPONSE”.  The Call Center supervisor call she answer, came outside said that she wasn’t going to make her bus and cancelled the cab.This is not accurate as I talked to the man in the cab as he pulled into my driveway, there was no phone call until I called after I declined the cab and explained what happen and was told I needed to speak to the general manager. There was no mention that anyone ever tried to reach me as they did not ask for my name or confirmation number.I called the cab company, spoke to the supervisor on duty who told me I would need to speak to the general manager (I left a voicemail for that person at 5:36pm).  I did not get a call back.  I did receive 1 call from the operations manager (on 6/26, which I returned at 6:36pm on the same day) I then left another voice mail for that gentleman on Monday 6/29 at 4:19pm and that was also not returned.  The number supplied to me was [redacted] ext. [redacted] (I have documented proof of 1 voicemail) I spoke with the customer on the June 26th 2015 explain to her that we made several attempt to contact her on the day .I spoke to the supervisor on duty who told me I would need to speak to the general manager (I left a voicemail for that person at 5:36pm).  I did not get a call back.  I did receive 1 call from the operations manager (on 6/26, which I returned at 6:36pm on the same day) I then left another voice mail for that gentleman on Monday 6/29 at 4:19pm and that was also not returned.   I then refer her to the Operations Manager he called several times with “NO RESPONSE”.This is not accurate as I called 2 times and did not receive a single call back since I have my phone with NO MISSED Calls from them.I am wondering if they have me confused with another possible complaint.  I demand to see the phone logs of all of these alleged calls to me and confirmation that they will be paying for my bus and plane ticket due to their negligence. Also, I am currently the only party with any documented proof of this situation.
