On Monday, July 14, 2014,at approximately 11:30 p.m. after arriving in [redacted] from [redacted] at the airport I went up to a yellow cab. It was once I told the driver where I needed to go that he gave me an extremely obnoxious look and gave me the impression that he was not happy about the location I had given him as my destination.I immediately asked him if everything was alright and if he would have a problem finding the place I needed to get to. He responded to me with an intimidating tone of voice, "why you ask me that"?! I then replied, "well it seems like you are upset", he then said "oh how you know that"?! I replied, "in your facial expressions". He then had the audacity to ask me, "you need a right, don't you?", I said, "yes", he then said, "then you need a ride, you don't look at my face... my facial expressions"! Again, all of this from his behalf with a rude demeanor and intimidating tone of voice. I told him I wanted him to take me back to the airport with the excuse I had forgotten something. Truth is, I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by this man and cold not stay in that taxi any longer. He got very upset when I insisted for him to take me back. Once off the taxi, I got the phone number and a four-digit number on the backside of the taxi, which was 1014. When I called in to complain, a [redacted] answered the phone and after giving her the number 1014, she claimed to know exactly who had done that.Ironically, after getting into a different cab and telling the new cab driver about what had just happened, he told me that all the yellow cabs have 1014 on them, it's not their actual cab number. So, I am very baffled after [redacted] told me she knew "exactly who 1014 was", when they all have 1014 on the back.It is actually the number on the front that counts; she not once told me this (again, after claiming she had tracked a specific person with 1014)!The airport will also be notified about this & will know how rudely customers of the airlines are treated!Product_Or_Service: TaxiDesired SettlementThis rude man's behavior forced me to ask him to take me back to the airport and I paid him, because I was so uncomfortable and intimidated. Given the fact that I didn't even get home and had to get on another company's taxi, due to his actions, I demand a refund which was exactly $8.00. Yes, he was shameless to the point where he didn't give me the right change and took a tip for himself!
