I am rejecting this response because:Again....this has nothing to do with the outcome of the eventI have stated many times I have no issues with the winners, the judges decisions, the donation that my family provided, etc.The contract I signed is between me and Yellow Diamond Productions not me and JD***.I signed and accepted this contract with the promise of the items in the contract from you, Yellow Diamond Productions, no one else.Substitutions are one thing but these items were blatantly not providedIE ALL meals - only breakfast was provided, ALL Transportation - no transportation was provided, etc.You simply didn't fulfill your obligations in the contract, the right thing would be to reimburse a portion of the fees that were paid based on the fact that all the items in yellow (see attached) were not provided. Please do forward to your legal team as I am sure they will also see that the contract I signed is with you and unfortunately you didn't fulfill the obligations in the contract, a new contract was not provided stating different terms or conditions

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:To be clear, my requesting a partial refund has nothing to do with the change of location as, as far as we understood things were still in LondonAdditionally, this is also not because I am upset in anyway with the results of the pageant at allI reached out to all the winners personally to congratulate them as they were the perfect ladies to take home the titlesYes I did provide a $donation from my credit card as friends and family provided funds via cash in the hopes the my charity would benefit if I were lucky enough to take home the People's Choice Award, this is not unusualI did have a lovely time in London. My request is 100% to do with the fact that the contract that is signed between me and Yellow Diamond Productions was not fullfilledThere are multiple items which I highlighted that were not provided as promisedI actually emailed in July when it was stated that a few items were not going to be covered (see attached email) asking about the contract being fullfilled to which a post was made on facebook that the contract was not up for discussion - I believe I also included a copy of that with my previous submissionAt no time were new contracts written up, provided or offered to me, nor was the option to receive my funds back as a result of the statement that the contract was null and voidThat is just false. We had a contract and it was not fullfilled - that is the basis of my request/complaint

Ms*** was made aware by the beginning of April that the original organizer of the event had changedThe city of the event had changed as well, including minor things like a gift certificate and a tour of the Thames and or football stadiumAt that time, Ms*** made no complaint against the
eventAll participants were made award that the ENTIRE event would now be held in London, or a suburb of, this time with a 2nd organizerNew paperwork was released that she had access toEvery step of the way, participants were informedAgain, Ms*** knew what was now going to be included in the event and what was not due to a fallen organizersMs*** on August 18th sent an email to confirm what she would have to take care of and made no complaints via email whatsoever(Email attached)Ms***, also on September 7th, made a $donation to the pageant to vote for herself for a People's Choice award(photo attached)She enjoyed her week in England and never made one personal complaint while she was thereMs*** won the Best Country costume award and was 3rd runnto the title she was competing for. Everyone has different expectations at the end of the dayMost women were quite happy, while a few were not; it happens in this industryNO pageants give refunds because someone is unhappy for not winningIf I could add more files to this reply, I would also be adding an email from Ms*** in August applying for my Contestant's Coordinator position, as well as another email asking to be the country director for CanadaClearly Ms*** is having a case of "buyer's remorse" since the outcome was not what she ultimately wantedWe are sorry that Ms*** was not happy with the outcomeAgain, she was informed for six months on the change of location in which she never once objected toWe would have respected her decision to not compete if she really wanted it to be in another city with another organizerShe chose to stay in the event, arrive in London, and competeThe contract portion of our contract does not state a specific city, hotel, venue, or tours, it states that the judges decisions are final, no money will be refunded, and they agree to act and behave in a certain wayIt is a moral code of conductAgain, we are sorry that things did not turn out the way she wanted them toThere is only one winner at the end of the day, and the judges chose someone else

Ms. [redacted], as shown in your email provided, the the original organizer was J. D[redacted], not myself. This complaint should be made to that party, or their correspondence, as this is what this organizer promised as a 2nd party. You should also direct this to the party, T. D[redacted],  that took over in March promising to fulfill what J. D[redacted] said they would. This, in no shape or form, has anything to do with Yellow Diamond Productions falling through on a promise. We are not responsible for failed 2nd or 3rd party agreements as it is nearly impossible to enforce it, especially overseas. Also, sponsored items (if they were attained) have nothing to do with a registration fee for a pageant, and you as a pageant director yourself, should know that. Again, you were aware of all substituted changes. Since you knew of these changes, you should have made it known that you would not take part in the event if it was NOT 100% the same. Instead, you continued on, enjoyed yourself, and now complaining due to the outcome of the event. Once more, we are sorry that the experience was not "paparazzi" and "glamour" as you so described on social media. You had every chance to not attend, but you chose to. We are happy to refund the $250 you contributed for a special award, to put this towards extra meal costs you may have had, but nothing more will be refunded. You never should have spent additional money during the week on a special prize if you were so upset. This is quite hypocritical. We have a zero refund policy as stated on our official website and documents. You were provided hotel and breakfast all week at a 4 Star hotel, a private tour of London which was quite pricey, and an event and crowning at a very pricey establishment. Please refer to the above again for further clarification. All further communication will be forwarded to our legal representative.
