Review: We had a incompetant receptionist ( by the name of [redacted]) answering the phones. She was not authorized to make any decisions for the company. She was only a switch board. YP called and offered to advertize our company in their phonebook. They were going to advertize one month for free, and then we had to cancel or they would advertize us for onemore year, and charge us! She approved, although she did not know and understand what she was approving. The company did not verify with anyone in our company if she had the authorization to agree. The receptionist did not let our company know about this phone conversation. After a few months, we started getting bills, letter and calls, that we owe them money. After they let us listen to the recorded conversation, and threaten us that they will take us to collection, did we settle with them and pay $ 386.45. We did that out of fear of their threats.Desired Settlement: The $ 386.45 does not belong to them and we want it back. We did not want the advertisement to begin with. The contact information they used for us in their advertisement book, was wrong to begin with. Authorization was not done properly. We have copies of bills.
