The toilet in our room for 11/did not work, the heat was broke and the lock did not workThe lobby toilet was also inoperable On November 10, we stayed in room Approximately minutes upon entering my wife fell asleep as we had an emotional dayI tried to use the toilet but it just gurgled and got fuller in the bowl so I went to use the lobby toilet but it also was clogged with poopAlso the heater did not blow warm air and the extra door lock was brokeTheir was black mold on the floor and the beds were very oldI did not report this until the morning due to my wife sleepingWhen I did report it the lady at desk wrote it down but three days later I still hear nothing!!!
They are positive I smoked in my room but I assure you I didn't nor did my co-worker who was rooming with meThe night we checked in I called and complained of a smoke smell that was already present on the 2nd floorFurther more we left a little after 7AM the next morning which they have survlfootage you can view to confirm that and they don't clean rooms there till noon according to the procedures they useHowever even though we had already been gone for quite awhile we somehow magically left the room as smokey as a pool hall and they had to leave the door open for an hour to let it air outThey can't provide any evidence other then smell which I had already called and made a complaint about the night checking inI was falsely accused of this and it has hurt my bank account quite badly! I mean if they are going to get away with stealing $from me shouldn't I just travel back there and actually smoke in the hotel to justify them having my money? They also have another $pe
Terrible customer service lied to me and left me stranded charged my card over and over and again totaling an additional on top of room charge
Showed up late in Wilmington NC around am booked my room through Priceline I was informed by the front desk attendant that I was early for check in but she would make accommodations and talk to the manager in the morning so I would be good for my original reservation till Friday at noonI was inform if there was any issues they would call me in the morningI never got a call till I was on the other side of town another manage who was extremely rude not forthcoming or helping whatsoever, telling me they are clearing out my room if I am not there within mins and tried telling me they called several times within the last hour I never received a voicemail or missed callI came to get my stuff they told me they weren't going to refund me but call Priceline they were completely unresponsive combative and not apologetic whatsoeverRude
Fraudulent Charges for Smoking
I was out of town for work Normally I never have to give my personal card information when I stay anywhere since the company pays for it but this place strangely enough insisted on having my personal card information So I gave it to them After I left the hotel, about a day later I noticed that this hotel charged me $on my personal card I called to find out what this was about and was told that I was smoking in my room I was told that they seen a "unsmoked" cigarette laying on the counter This was said by the manager EricUNSMOKED I asked how was I smoking when the cigarette that was supposedly found laying on the counter was again, "unsmoked" He didnt have anything to say He told me to take the charges up with my bank Which I have done but to no avail Im assuming that when the bank investigated the story about the "unsmoked" cigarette must have changed Eric the manager is a liar and this hotel steals money for no reason I d
