Now you posted a link to [redacted] ...We dont own [redacted] [redacted] can take up to weeks to remove old links from search....your complaint is with [redacted] not us, your link has been removed from our site.....you still filed a complaint....there is no dollar fee and this complaint is still considered slander unless you get off Revdex.com website

If this person simply took the time to look at the link or press Fon their computer they would have seen that all their info was removedThe yellow pages goes green site is set up to remove data with hours, so the request might have been made on a weekendFiling a complaint with the Revdex.com in the state of New York is illegalWe do not charge any money for our services to removeIn the complaint there is a mention of a dollar fee, which we do not charge to anyone, everOur attorney will be looking into filing a lawsuit of slander if this complaint cannot be removed from this siteThis is totally complaint with inaccurate info

I am rejecting this response because:  No verbal agreement of any...

sort was discussed, nor made with your company, nor can you provide any proof of that statement.   There can be no 'cancelation' when your services were never agreed upon. The complaint issued against your company is the format of your advertisement.  It is misleading to mail a statement to us with a due date when we owe you nothing and never spoke to anyone at your company.  Our office has strict policies for phone solicitation calls.  Please provide proof of who you spoke to at our office that has authority to make verbal agreements, the date and time of the call, the details of your 'terms and conditions', the name of the sales person who called our office, and the phone record from your telephone service carrier proving that you called our office.  The section on the invoice sent to us says 'Purchase order;'.  This is fraudulent.  A purchase order was NEVER agreed upon nor requested from your business.  We request you stop sending any correspondence to our office, ever.  We request you never to call our office, ever.  We request you to change the format of the bill you send businesses, so they are aware that the bill is for services NOT yet provided.  We request the wording "due date" be removed and replaced with accurate wording, such as 'offer expiration date'.  Regards,
