I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the effort Nitsch Tool Incundertook to help me find a replacement spindle for my Delta inch bench drill pressNitsch Tool was very honest in explaining that any effort to straighten the bent spindle could damage the spindle beyond repair In addition, Nitsch Tool indicated the expense involved in attempting repair could be at least $in the shopBut being interested in assisting me, Nitxch Tool took the extra step to locate a business, in this instance in Michigan, that could sell me a replacement spindle This was done through considerable patience and effort on Nitsch Tool's behalf, disregarding the cost of their time and the loss of a service repair chargeIt is a business such as Nitschtool Inc that is a credit to the business community in Syracuse Their interest in successfully serving customer needs represents true integrity, loyality to customers, and the best of business practices

Review: The address was taken off your website because I was unable to attain any information when I was on the phone yesterday with yellow pages. The person who spoke English said he was in New York.

On September **, 2013 late in the day I received 2 calls both with the caller ID saying private number. And the caller was [redacted], and it was difficult to understand the person.

He said he was from Yellow pages online and he said I had been given one free year on line with an ad for my business and that the second year had to be paid for which was $660; I said I never authorized any such ad.

In the past I have had many calls from Yellow pages trying to get my information for an ad, but I have always said no to any paid subscription because I have a website, search engine optimization, and I advertise on plenty of free websites.

He said he had an agreement with me, a signed agreement, and I said I have never met with any person or signed anything with them. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who spoke English and then he repeated the same thing the other person said and I said again I never authorized any ad. And he said that he needed to transfer me to the billing department so they could be authorized to send me the paperwork, and to get my address and they needed my consent. He said once I get the paperwork I could dispute the charges but if I didn’t agree I would eventually be charged for another year totaling $1300 dollars. I was fearful that if I spoke to the billing department I would be recorded and that the questions they would ask would become some sort of agreement to the charges, and that I would be accepting the bill in some way, so I refused.

When I told them I would be reporting this to the Attorney General of the State of VT and the Revdex.com and they hung up on me.

A few minutes later they phoned me again, I had gone on line to check out this ad they had placed (yellow pages online) I know I never consented to the ad but I wanted to see it, it had the incorrect name of my business, which is [redacted] (I am registered with the state of VT) but they had Astrology Intuitive Readings instead. When I spoke to the second caller I stated the ad was not mine because it was incorrect and that I would be contacting the Attorney General for the State of Vermont and the Revdex.com in the morning and they hung up.

Please have the company respond directly to the Revdex.com, the few people I spoke with were loud and difficult and I was extremely upset when I got off the phone.
