Dear [redacted] In Response to the complaint filed against usMr [redacted] was referred to Priority Brake Specialist by a previously satisfied customerHe was advised of a $Scan and Check-out fee necessary to derermine the cause of his vehicles problemMr [redacted] agreed to this fee, and had previously purchased, on his own accord before ever coming to see us, his own Air Filter, Spark Plugs, and Spark Plug wiresIt was brought to Mr [redacted] 's attention that it was Priority Brake Specialist policy that the company provides all parts necessaryHowever in this case, for customer satisfaction, Priority Brake Specialist relented and used the customers Spark Plug Wires and Air FilterWe then recommended that OEM(Original Equiptment Manufacturer) Motorcraft Spark Plugs be used in place of the plugs providedMr [redacted] agreed and Authorized these repairsin addition, due to customers indecision, time delay and possible misunderstandings, Priority Brake Specialist offered a concession discount of $off of the total cost of repairsAfter Repairs were completed and the vehicle was picked up, we recieved a phone call from Mr [redacted] thirty minutes after closing on Saturday to inform us that the Check Engine Light had come back on his vehicleWe informed him that unfortunately we were closed but advised Mr [redacted] to bring the vehicle back to the shop on Monday morning, 1/25/and would recieve priority service at the timeMr [redacted] was also advised there would be absoutely no charge for this service and that we sincerely appologize for the inconvenienceMr [redacted] agreed to this and reaffirmed his appointment for monday morning1-25-On Monday morning, Mr [redacted] neither showed up for his appointment or called to cancel, but did feel the need to post a Very Negative, and Slanderous review on Priority Brake Specialist Facebook page, which has since been removedLater on monday afternoon, Priority Brake Specialist did recieve a phone call from Mr [redacted] informing us that he had his Exhaust Catalytic Converter replaced and, according to Mr [redacted] , this fixed his vehicleWe at PBS regret the fact that extra work was necessary, but the aforementioned repair has no correlation to the work performed by Priority Brake Specailist, however, we stand by our original diagnosis and repairPriority Brake Specialist has never been given an opportunity to verify this customers concerns and we feel he is attempting to recieve something for nothingThis is unfortunate, because here at Priority Brake Specialit we strive for 100% customer satisfactionThank you for your investigation in this matterSincerely, [redacted] Owner Priority Brake Specialist [redacted] P.SEnclosed you will find a copy of the original repair order, Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions
