I am rejecting this response because: (1) There remains an active dispute of charges by me against the establishment. My claim has not been abandoned or resolved, and my position remains unchanged. (2) I believe that [redacted]'s poisoning and hospitalization comments are not relevant to my claim and therefore add no merit to any effort to undermine my claim against RPM dining (3) communications between me and my attorneys are protected by attorney-client privilege. Any allegation that my attorney has dropped my case against RPM Dining is a false allegation. Any understanding that my attorney has dropped my case against RPM Dining is a false understanding. (4) American Express is a credit card company, not a court of law. Decisions made by American Express do not change the fact that my dispute here remains alive and well.

This customer has already filed a claim with American Express disputing these charges and RPM Dining was awarded funds. His Card was swiped and approved, Multiple signatures were obtained from this customer ALONG with thumb prints. ANYTIME we have large dollar credit card transactions like this occur we involve managers to be assured customer approves all occurred expenses. He did not got to the hospital with any sort of alcohol poisoning. He had attorney sent us a notice and I was told the attorney has dropped this case.
