Yellow Submarine Car Wash

First I would like to say that we are a car wash with an Express Detail, not a full service detail facilityAll of our signage, website ectstates thisAs an express detail we don't do things like air vents that take q tips or micro brushes to clean, We don't do engines ectThe van that was
brought in was so filthy we had to wear protective equipment just to clean itWe told the customer up front that do to the condition of the vehicle we would not be able to get all of the stains outWhen I met with the customer the only complaint he had was on the seatsWe cleaned the seats using a Meguiars leather cleaner with a "Magic Eraser sponge" and then followed it up with a Meguiars Leather ConditionerHe did indeed show me his cleaning technique and chemicalThe product he was using contained solvents that should NEVER be used on leather seatsThe customer was able to get additional dirt off of the leather however he was ruining it at the same timeSolvent based cleaners will not only destroy the leather but can also remove the "paint" or seat coloring, especially in this case where the seats have never been cared for and are already in need of restoration. The customer expected a professional approach and that's what he gotI could not and will not use a process that despite the condition of the vehicle or the customers wishes is not an industry standard professional approachI am unwilling to give the customer a refund as he was very aggressive when I spoke to him and unwilling to let me fix it while he was thereThe customer is also attempting to discredit us by posting reviews that exaggerate the circumstances and are untrueIf the customer would like to settle this situation then I'm willing to listen, but a refund I don't think so

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] Allen   I dont know what else to say, they did a very poor job for a interior detail for what they charged they missed the mirrors you can brush the dirt off with your hand on the third row seats and I showed him that ,they sprayed some cleaner on the inside panels and did not wipe it all off the inside windows are still dirty, im just very unsatisfied with there work and he wanted me to leave it with them for another day to do it again , they did such a bad job the first time I did not want them doing it again, as far as me being angry upset I just paid them 239.90 and this is what I got , but I did not think I was being rude anything like that I was upset with there service
