Review: [redacted] contacted me on 9/**/13. Identified as with Yellow Pages Online. Wanted to close my account so I would not be charged for the 2013 service. Supposedly, I had signed up for 2011 service free to call and cancel before the 2012 service billed. Transferred me to [redacted], floor supervisor, for cancellation number. [redacted] transferred me to [redacted] in quality control. I double checked the company as I had been thru this earlier this year with someone else. She would remove $100 from the bill if I paid today. I did by credit card so I would not have to deal with them again. I do not remember signing up to start with. Since it was two years ago, maybe I was not paying attention to the initial call. [redacted] with billing called to verify my fax number so they could send paid invoice/account closing information. I asked to be placed on their do not call list. It was noted on the fax cover sheet but somehow I don't believe it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $569.99 paid by credit card today. I would also like a guarantee that they will NEVER call me again. I'd really like the $200 promotion credit on the original invoice for aggravation. Since I never paid that, I'll go with a refund of the monies I am out.

This business has not contacted me. The only contact I have had about this has been emails from Revdex.com.
