YELLOWHAMMER ANSWERED MY ON LINE REQUEST. TONY CALLED ME THAT DAY AND CAME THE NEXT DAY. HE PREFORMED THOROUGH EVALUATION OF THE ROOF. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE,AND FRIENDLY. I WAS VERY UCH AT EASE WITH HIM. HE TOLD US WE HAD SHINGLES MISSING, WIND DAMAGE AND SOME DECKING NEEDED REPLACED. HE WAS VERY PATIENT IN EXPLAINING AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ON THE TYPES OF SHINGLES AND ADDRESSING ALL OF OUR CONCERNS. TONY WAS VERY HONEST AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL US ON ANY UNNECESSARY REPAIRS OR SERVICES. TONY AND HIS CREW ARRIVED AND WORKED LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. THE CREW WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY FINISHED THAT DAY. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING SPOTLESS. VERY HARD WORKING CREW. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL YELLOWHAMMER AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Continuous attempts to have company resolve an issue with a roof installation since August No one from company will return calls Company installed new roof 7/26/ After first rain, I noticed one area was not draining into gutter properly Company rep came and inspected, made minor adjustment Next rain, problem worse than ever Rep said it was a gutter problem and would have gutter man check it out for correction Since 8/25/I have had numerous phone calls, texts, and emails with company with promises that I would be contacted that day or next day No one has ever responded to these promises On 12/13/I hand delivered a letter to company owners [redacted] and [redacted] detailing my problems with a request that one of them contact me, even if to tell me they were not going to address the issue (Letter was left with receptionist as neither owner on premises) Here it is two weeks later and I have not heard from anyone

I called Brian Tylicki with Yellowhammer after my previous roofing contractor failed to follow throughBrian was at my house the same day, and Yellowhammer did my roof in a timely mannerAll of the workers worked from sun up to sun down until they were done; which only took days( as promised)Brian came after they finished to make sure everything was doneI would definitely recommend this company, and I am very pleased with their workBrian was very nice to work with too!

I hired this company to do emergency repairs to my roof It leaked three times after they supposedly fixed it After the hail damage, an out of state company came and offered to do emergency repairs to my roof My neighbor, [redacted] brought [redacted] from Yellowhammer to my house, saying that's who their insurance agent recommended He told me that my roof had not been repaired properly Expecting a storm, I called [redacted] and asked him to cover my roof on 3/ He asked that I sign a contract, one that states he's to be present with my insurance adjuster to represent my interests and insure that I get everything covered My roof leaked on 3/29, [redacted] claimed it was because of the faulty work of the first crew, it was fixed again 3/ [redacted] came to meet with my insurance adjuster on 4/6, got him aside and asked him about ensuring their overhead and profit That is a clear breach of contractMy insurance adjuster told him that the bill he had submitted to me, w
