Saturday (2-24-2018) I used Stevinson Toyota’s (Denver West Colorado Mills Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80401) website’s “Get Stevinson’s Best Price Button” - I filled in my contact information and clicked on the button to reveal the "Best Price"The price that I received was $31,(I printed off the quote from the webpage and saved a copy on my computer)I sent an email with the quote from the website to the sales person I had spoken with on Wednesday (2-21-18)He invited me to take the [redacted] for a driveDuring the test-drive we discussed the car and the priceUpon returning to the dealership, I said that I’d like to purchase the car We went in and filled out a few records and he went to talk to his ‘boss’Upon returning he said that they couldn’t do the advertised price of $31,and quoted a new price of $33, I said that I would pay the advertised price and showed him the same page that I had emailed him He went to see his ‘boss’ again and returned saying tha

We have had multiple problems with our [redacted] , but most of all our dealer: Stevinson Toyota in [redacted] First there was an annoying buzzing sound emanating from our dash that developed after a few months At first Stevinson Toyota didn’t want to acknowledge that we had a problem at all We had to ask for another customer opinion and the person who sold us the vehicle before Stevinson begrudgingly agreed to fix it under the warrantee Next, our tiers ran out after about 15,miles (I don’t have the exact millage because we purchased winter times through them as well) When I talked to [redacted] , the General Manager of the dealership, he basically said that it wasn’t his problem and that I should take it up with Toyota and the tire manufacturer directly He said, (and I quote) “You’re luck, most people only get 10,miles on OEM tires.” Seriously! Had we bought the same tires on the open market we would have had a 65,mile year warrantee Not to mention

Peter [redacted] is exceptionally honest, will get you the best deal (and prove it), and will give you wonderful piece-of-mind during your car buying experienceI have a lot of experience working with dealershipsMy parents work for a dealership and I have been around car dealerships my whole lifeI have NEVER seen or even heard of a car buying experience as EXCEPTIONAL as the one I had with Peter ***!! This is the second time I've suffered through their service failures I've been waiting for six hours and the service manager won't give me the time of day Thanks for ruining my day, again

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely AWFUL experience with this dealership! I purchased my 7th vehicle from Stevinson Toyota approxweeks agoI've had a 20+ year relationship with them I guess good fortune allows a company to disregard extremely loyal and long-standing customers I was not provided with all the sales agreement paperwork which resulted in a 1/hour inconvenience on my only day off and will require another hours to fully rectify I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were off for the next days and no others were availableIt took phone calls to reach a salesman who was willing to find a manager that was, in fact, on duty that day I had him on speakerphone as I requested a proper resolution - my year old daughter was appalled at this individual's lack of respect as he laughed a half a dozen times at my request He offered to reimburse me $(yes, seven dollars) for the document that I had to procure as a result of their unprofessional procedures His apology? - "That's just human error, it wasn't malicious, we all have to deal with it." After a prolonged and unproductive conversation with him he offered an oil change and tank of gas, again, while laughing Sorry, manager Mike, maybe you have an almost entire day to burn for that, not this single, working Mom of three I suppose they have all kinds of customers who have purchased multiple vehicles from them for decades I once purchased a car from Ralph Schomp - that was the BEST car buying and service experience ever Unfortunately, they're way across town and this uncaring, disloyal dealership is closest to me I thought there was a relationship - they do NOT seem to value this

We took the car home the night we bought it and the sales staff forgot to put registration and a temp tag on the carThey did however come out to my home and bring the items the next dayI also have contacted the dealership three times about fixing a crack in the windshield since the day after I bought it with no responseAbout four days after we bought the car we learned that we had to keep another car we haveWe went to Stevinson to see if they could possibly trade the car in and we talked to the new car sales managerHe told us there was nothing he could doHe then informed my father in law and anyone else in the lobby that could hear him that we have terrible credit and it's a miracle we got the loan we did we should have had an interest rate of 21% it was very demeaning and we did not give him permission to share this information

My *** *** with 21,miles, had the front and rear brake pads replacedThe thickness for the front was noted at 4mm and the rear was 3mm to 4mmThis replacement was due to wear and tear I trusted this service department with all of the needs that my vehicle needed and didn't question any recommendation madeShortly after getting my brakes replaced my vehicle was producing a squeaking soundWhen taken to the service department for it's oil change at 24,on January 4, 2016, I asked them to look into why my vehicle was making a brake noiseThis was ongoing problem that I asked to be looked at whenever I was in for my oil change, as I trusted that they would find a solution or offer a solutionThe dates are as follows; June 3, at 28,219, October 3, at 33,and this was the last service that I performed at this service departmentDuring one of those service visits I performed a brake wash to help with the brake noise for the price of $

09-30-This memo is to thank Stevinson Toyota for having a Service Manager like Jeff ***His detail to the customer's needs is outstandingJeff has never not taken reponsibility for the attitudes of his employees or the quality of the work of those employeesAt times, it is like he has even rolled up his sleeves to make sure a repair or maintenance was done correctlyThe Prius I bought from Mark *** 3years ago was also a pleasant experienceMy current Prius is the second car I purchased from Stevinson Toyota and with people like Jeff *** in your employment it certainly will not be my lastThanks Jeff for being a great supervisor in terms of personality and car service and for making me comfortable that, if I bring my car in for whatever reason, I know that things will be taken care of properlyWith much Gratitude,

Stevinson West Toyota will not honor the warranty on my *** *** *** The truck I bought new and has only 13,miles on itSince I bought it the drivers seat has had problems adjusting while seatedWhen I made the appointment for repair weeks ago the service advisor was able to reproduce the adjustment problem and told me that it would be repaired under the warrantyThe next day he called me and told me that the truck would have to be repaired at an upholstery shop as the foam padding was prematurely wornHe also told me that replacing the foam would be done at my expense as they feel that too much weight was placed on the front of the seat and that the warranty would not be covering the repairAfter many emails which I can attach the service manager agreed to replace the cushion but that they will not warranty the repair or fix the seatHe further said that the repair would probably not last the life of the truckThis was unacceptable to me and they delivered the tru
