Yellowstone has attempted to contact the complainant several times via e-mail and contact information provided. Upon review of the complainant’s file, Yellowstone has a copy of the application, dated September 11, 2017 that the complainant has submitted to one of Yellowstone’s affiliates, or agents, wherein he authorized Yellowstone to obtain an investigative or consumer report from a credit bureau or a credit agency. I am rejecting this response because:1) The over drawn amount is not $27 its $176, instead of doing the math they are taking the word of a lying manager. Please take a look at the spreadsheet. $9,360 was the payback amount, Yellowstone took $9,536, that's $176 over the agreed upon amount. They claim because one payment was returned on 4/4/17 that they should be able to deduct an extra payment of $149, this is not in the contract anywhere, this is the manager Matt trying to come up with an excuse because he hasn't bothered to read the spreadsheet. 2) I made no changes to my bank account information or our agreement so there was no reason for anything to be returned. I have also attached my email correspondence so you can see how this company treats people first hand. 3) I DO NOT CONSIDER THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED, I WILL NOT CALL THE COMPANY DIRECTLY OR DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD LIKE MY $176 RETURNED SO I CAN MOVE ON FROM THIS.

the same and are not in the same capacity. The complainant had a transaction with Yellowstone which they defaulted on. As the matter was not resolved directly, Yellowstone has hired a debt consolidation company, [redacted], to have the matter resolved quickly and amicably. The account is still open and unresolved as there is still an outstanding balance. The complainant applied for more funding again with Yellowstone knowingly and aware of the outstanding balance that previously existed through the initial contract with Yellowstone. With regard to the complainant settlement offer with [redacted], at this time, Yellowstone prefers the complainant resume their contractual obligation and pay the outstanding balance.
