This customer, [redacted] ***, ordered a toddler feeding table and signed the bill of lading stating she got the entire shipment which includes a large table top with holes for seats and legs in one box, and plastic seats to insert in the holes in a second box I have attached the copy of the bill of lading with her signature for boxes Later, she claimed to only get one box with the seats in it and she filed a claim with the freight company We advised her that we and the manufacturer who shipped the box needed to file the claim and since she did we had no recourse on the missing table top/legs that she claimed to never get since she opened the claim herself she had to work with the freight company We advised her to give the freight company R&L some time to trace the box that she claimed not to get, but signed saying she didSince the customer did not follow instructions as we give on our website not to sign the bill of lading until you inspect all packages and then continued to not follow protocol by contacting the shipping line rather than us to work with the freight company, she got herself in a "pickle" After some time, she wanted to return the seats as the freight company was not finding the table top/legs We got her the return address and instructions In the meantime she also filed a credit card dispute In the end we refunded her entire purchase and she may have even been paid out by the freight company which would mean she was given more money than she even originally paid The table top dimensions are 72" x 48" It seems very odd that a person would not realize that they are missing a box that would be feet long by feet wide and sign for a much smaller box with plastic seats stacked up and believe that got the entire shipment I have attached the fact she signed for both boxes and I also forwarded you an email showing we had to refund the cost of the table and she had to ship back the seats.Regards,Dawn C [redacted] DaycareMall/AtoZOnlineStoresP: ###-###-####F: ###-###-####

When Signing the receipt, driver of the delivery informed that was the only box that I hadAs I opened it, I realized the table was missingI called right away and the call center tried to reach the driver, but was unable to get in contact with himThe call center informed to me call the next day, which I didI spoke to a customer service at the Oakland port where my package came from and admitted that my other package was misplacedIt took about one month to deal with this situationNo one was unable to locate the other shipment, which was the tableOut of frustration, I sent the chairs back, which was no point of having them with out the tableI made a dispute with *** to get my money back, since no one did not want to take any responsibilities or refund my money backI also made a claim with the delivery company*** was able to get my money back and the company requested me to cancel my claim with the R&L delivery company because I got refunded from ***, since I purchase my item through *** with the companyI made their request and cancel my claimThis is unacceptable that the company does not want to take the responsibility nor refund any money to the customer, but to point the finger at the customerIt is not good business for the company nor the relationship with the customer
