Review: I hired Yellowstone Plumbing to fix the pipes from freezing up under my trailer. They still freeze up in cold weather and I am out of water. My bill was paid after they came out to fix the problem however it is not fixed as I keep freezing up in cold weather. Numerous calls later to [redacted] owner of Yellowstone Plumbing and She will not return my calls nor come back out to fix the problem she has already been paid for.Desired Settlement: I feel she has either installed faulty product or has not done the work properly. I want her to come out and finish the job correctly either by replacing the materials or doing the job right so my problem is resolved

On January 18, 2012 we installed heat tape on [redacted] waterline. This was almost 2 years ago. The product was not faulty since it has worked for almost 2 years. And it was installed correctly, because it has worked for almost 2 years. On March 20, 2013, I was called to there house again for a freeze up. Upon arrival, I observed the plug for the heat tape to not be plugged in. Thus, the water line froze. This has nothing to do with a faulty product or improper installation. Heat tape needs to be checked every year.

We agree on the two dates Yellowstone Plumbing was out here. However they do not mention the numerous phone calls placed unanswered by them in the continuing problems. One major time was Christmas Day 2013 when we froze up and water was running allover the driveway. I am contacting our phone company today and will request the last two years phone calls placed to Yellowstone plumbing. I will scan and forward them to you when recieved. Thank-you Russ Atwell
