Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Zoo Montana will be forwarded this letter... I will issue you their response as they have told me the problem is with Yellowstone Wildlife Santuary. Zoo Montana contacted me and stated they would fully accept my membership with full reciprocity until the expiration in September of 2016, they did this on their own accord as Yellowstone Wildlife Santuary would not refund the purchase after breaching their verbal statement of reciprocity. I believe I am not the only purchaser that Zoo Montana did this for as they expressed there are many complaints regarding this breach...thank you.

Dear [redacted]: In reply to your letter as of Monday, October 26,2016, ID [redacted]. I talked to [redacted] regarding her groupon purchase of a Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary one year's membership. [redacted] complaint was that YWS and Zoo Montana no longer offer free reciprocity for...

members. Zoo Montana is entirely responsible for not taking our membership. The board of directors at YWS made a decision to offer Zoo Montana members a 50% discount here while Zoo Montana made the decision to make the change for our members. While we have seen more than 400 Zoo Montana members thus far this year, Zoo Montana has had a handful of our members, by admission of the director at Zoo Montana. Our board made the decision based on this fact and the fact that YWS is totally dependent on donations and admissions to provide our animals with lifelong sanctuary. Regarding the statement made by [redacted] that I was very rude, I politely informed [redacted] that our groupon ad, which was not placed by myself but by a past director, did not state we had reciprocity with Zoo Montana. I can see [redacted] excitement at getting such a deal on a membership she could use at Zoo Montana, which is in her hometown. We have no concrete proof of the information she was given by our staff, she did not know who she had talked to, and the Zoo Montana staff.
