Hello, The client called the Spa to ask if she could use gift cards she purchased at Costco at our Spa. We were not aware at the time that Costco sold Spa Finder Gift Certificates. We asked her to fax us a copy and seeing that they were from Spa Finder we said yes, we do accept these gift... certificates. The client booked two 30-min services (a massage and facial) for both her and her friend. She came in with 4 x $50 Spa Finder Gift cards.The Price of a 30-min Massage OR Facial is $79.50.The total for the services came to $332.31 (including tax) We redeemed the 4 x $50 gift cards (total $200) The balance left to pay was $132.31 (including tax) At no point did we say that the $50 gift card would be enough to pay for a 30-min service. I have spoken to the client on the phone and explained in detail that our prices are transparent price-per-minute structure, $2.65 per minute. Meaning that a 30-min service is $79.50.It is also stated on our website and menu the cost of all our services. The gift certificates presented were for a dollar amount ($50 each) and no where did it state that they were for a 30-min service.Regards, Aisling O***Spa Director
