Yen Ching Restaurant

I ordered two meals for delivery from Yen Ching on 10/9/16---shrimp fried rice and sesame chicken after looking at the picture of menu items on line The picture of the sesame chicken showed carrots and peas and the description said carrots and peasI did not receive peas and carrots in the sesame chicken, just stringbeans I had prepaid for the meal with my credit card When I called and spoke with Linda, the manager, I requested a credt for thjenxt time and explained why She refused to give me a credit and said first there was a problem with the website next, she said there was a problem wih google Then she wanted me to return the meal (which is most definitely unacceptable with the state health dept once the food has been touched by other hands.) I told Linda (who said she was the manager) that I had the meal delivered because I am handicapped She repeated several times, "Just bring the meal back We don't serve peas and carrots w/ sesame chicken at this restaurant." I have ordered from this establishment on several occasions, just not as often as I used to due to the fact that on a few occasions, the shrimp fried rice was not as fresh tasting as beforeI deserve credit for the lack of concern on the part of Yen Ching and the persistent senseless hassle by the managerI TOL LINDA THAT I HAD GOOGLED YEN CHING, MIDLOTHIN VA HER ADDRESS AND PHONE # CAME UP WITH DIRECTIONS AND MENU OPTIONS TO CLICK ON IF THE WRONG ITEMS WERE FEATURED, THEN THE ERROR WAS ON THE PART OF YEN CHING, NOT ME, THE CUSTOMER!!!!

I ordered Yen Ching Garden Special a vegetarian entreeWhen it arrived it had a meat in the dishThis is the 2nd time I have contacted the restaurant re: this matterI simply wanted the entree replacedMing answered the phone & was rude when I informed him of the situationHe informed me it was not meat but glutenI informed him it was not gluten but a meat productHe basically called me incompetent, insulted me & refused to refund my money for the entreeHe informed me that I had to return the food that was delivered for a refundI told him I was not and I expected my money backI asked for the owners name; which is LindaHe told me he didn't care that I'm going to call her and was openly rudeI informed him I was not going to argue & I simply wanted a refund & better customer serviceEach time I encounter Ming at the restaurant he is rude & tonight was the breaking pointI simply wanted the meal replaced; but Ming refused to accept that it was simply
