I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted]

Review: I ordered, for take out, two meals and an appetizer. They put meat in a vegetarian meal. Of course, I was home before realizing their error. When I returned with the entire untouched meal, they refused to replace the meal or refund my money. The appetizer was not edible. It smelled of spoiled seafood. They [redacted] insisted that it was not meat and that he was not going to do anything about my complaint. All I wanted was the meal that I ordered, Mu Shu Vegetarian or a refund $10. I have been a vegetarian for over ten years. I know what meat is, and the meal clearly had meat in it. Had I eaten it, I would have become desperately ill. What happened to the customer is always right? I told the [redacted] that I was going to file a complaint, and that it was a shame that he would allow his business name to be spoiled over $10. He said, go ahead.Desired Settlement: I want my $10 back.
