I am fully aware and understand the terms of budget billingThe company still has not provided an itemized billings that shows the actual versus the usage while in the budget program, which is my concern of the billed amount and the amount due to YEP energyI do accept the $waiver, which is not a courtesy but a fee they should not have been previously billed due to an error of the company

To Whom It May Concern:YEP Energy appreciates the chance to address this customer issue After a review of the account information, it appears that Ms*** is confusing the meaning of budget billing under the Rules of the State of *** Ms*** requested a "budget" billing or
"levelized" billing quote in January of YEP happily accommodated this request and Ms*** began receiving invoices pursuant to this arrangement The idea behind the levelized billing is to give the customer a monthly bill, based on their total previous months of usage divided by This gives the customer a monthly number to "budget" so that they do not get behind in the summer when bills are higher, as an example Some customers just like the consistent amount so that their monthly budget is not compromised by an unexpected increase in usage The main benefit is that during the summer, the customer pays much, much less than they would owe if the usage was calculated out for that billing period To have enjoyed that benefit for months during her time with YEP Energy, only to claim that she is being overcharged now is not consistent with her agreement YEP accommodated Ms***, and will continue to do so If there is any question as to how the budget billing arrangement works, YEP would advise Ms*** to contact Customer Care.Additionally, as to the $reconnection charge, YEP is happy to waive that as a one time courtesy.Thank you,YEP Customer Care

To Whom It May Concern,Upon receipt of the complaint, YEP Energy addressed the issue that day, April 14, 2015.  The customer care team attempted to call [redacted] that morning, but was unable to reach her.  [redacted] called back in at which time her questions were addressed....
