$2.00. He came with a lady friend of his. He gave the cashier $9.00 (all one dollar bills) and got his change $0.50. Three hours later, he came back and told me that he gave the cashier 2 hundred dollar bills by accident. I said are you sure you gave 2 hundred dollar bills. I called the cashier and asked him. Then, he told me that what the customer gave him was all one dollar bills. I asked him if he had gone to any other stores before coming to me and he said yes. He was shopping up the block. I asked the cashier if he received any hundred dollar bills from the customer and the cashier said no and I checked the cash register and did not find any hundreds at all. I told the customer to check the store up the block to see if he had given them the 2 hundred dollar bills. The customer was very nice and told me that he will check the other store and notify me the outcome. After that, he did not come back to me and I did not see him since. The customer is very kind and he has been shopping at this store for a long time.

This is not accurate because if you look at the video tap from that day you will see I did not purchase wine for one. I purchased a dozen eggs, milk and bread. His son is the cashier. Is there anyway we can all meet and look at the tap to together and see? I'd be willing to meet with them. There needs to be more of an investigation because I'm certain I lost the money inside this store and this statement is not accurate.

As per, the customer purchased a dozen eggs that cost $3.00, milk costs $2.00, and bread costs &1.50. This totals to $6.50. The original purchase as per the customer when first told me was $8.50. Now, about the video tape it runs for 10 days and after that, it over tapes the last videos and it rerecords, and I do not have a copy. If the customer would have notified me on the spot or returned back, I would have shown him the video tape. I am confident that the customer did not give any hundred dollar bills to my cashier and he did not lose his money in my store.
