Yerdle offers free shipping and free service fees for first time transactions - these combined credits make it possible for members to have a completely free first time transactionThis user created separate accounts in order to redeem these
new user bonusesAll accounts were linked by profile name, IP address, billing address, cookie fingerprint, and device IDCreating multiple accounts to exploit new user sign up bonuses is expressly forbidden by our Terms of Service, which each new member agrees to upon sign-upOur Terms of Service also state that we have the right to terminate a user's account at any time for any violation of our rules and void any Yerdle dollars currently in the account
We never come to the decision of suspension lightly, but the evidence forced our decision in this case

responsible for shipping and a small service fee.
In this case, the customer joined under a promotion that granted her 35 Yerdle Dollars, one free shipping credit, and one free service fee credit for signing up. The customer then checked out with 4 separate items:
Victorian Ladies Address Book - 7 Yerdle Dollars
8 Pairs Of Socks - 5 Yerdle Dollars
Address /phone book - 15 Yerdle Dollars
Thin Tip Black Ink Pen - 4 Yerdle Dollars
The free shipping and free service fee credits were applied to the transaction for the Thin Tip Black Ink Pen, so the customer was not changed any US Dollars for that item. For each subsequent transaction, the customer was charged our standard $5 flat rate for shipping, and $2 service fee per item. Each of these charges is laid out in a confirmation screen before checkout is completed. Based on the customer's email request to cancel these items where she cited that she was unaware she would be charged US Dollars we refunded each transaction. Two of the items have successfully been delivered to her shipment address. The refunds have posted to her account as per her attached email correspondence with us.
We deeply regret any frustration this experience may have caused. We can provide proof that the $21 were refunded to the customers card. We can also prove that confirmation screens are shown that clearly detail the US dollar payments before checkout.

Yes,it took a bit,but I did get my money back, and the president of the company called me himself, several times trying to make it right..I do think they need to make it more clear that shipping only applies to one item in a single transaction, plus I saw no clear way to cancelmy orders,or would have done so..I am however, very impressed with thier ceo,and how hard he tried to make it right...my opinion of them has changed considerably because of that

Yerdle Reuse Dollars (these are the points to which the customer is referring); customers are only responsible for shipping and a small service fee.
In this case, the customer used 15 Yerdle dollars and a free shipping coupon to purchase earrings from another user. The shipping was waived accordingly, and customer's card was authorized for only the $2.00 service fee and 15 Yerdle dollars were transferred from the customer's Yerdle account (there was no USD payment for these Yerdle dollars). Unfortunately, the user that posted the earrings failed to ship them within our 7 day shipping window. At this point, the transaction was automatically cancelled and the $2.00 authorization was automatically released back to the customer's card and the 15 Yerdle dollars were refunded to the customer's Yerdle account.
We deeply regret any frustration this experience may have caused and our Customer Happiness Team has reached out directly to the customer to provide support on this issue, but at this point we have not received a response. We have attached proof that the $2.00 authorization was released back to the customer's card when the earrings failed to ship. We can also provide proof that the Yerdle dollars were released at the same time.

The free shipping and free service fee credits were applied to the transaction so the customer was not changed any US Dollars for that item. The individual offering this item failed to ship it to [redacted]. The transaction was subsequently cancelled, and [redacted]'s Yerdle Reuse Dollars were refunded to her Yerdle account. The free shipping and free service credits were also reapplied to her account.
Based on [redacted]'s subsequent request to our support team, we closed her Yerdle account and deleted her credit card info from our payment processor. The resolution she has requested via Revdex.com has already been completed.

While I still feel like this is a scam company, I accept that they deleted my info.

For all new users we offer the same incentive to Give their first item: 25 Yerdle dollars are automatically granted to their account once they send their first item. We have never offered a promotion for 2525 Yerdle dollars. This amount is out of line with our normal rewards - which range from 5 to a few hundred Yerdle dollars - never thousands.
[redacted] has transacted many more times on Yerdle and we value her contributions. We are sorry if an error in the message created an incorrect expectation. We have already granted the promised 25 Yerdle dollars. Our agents have also already granted one free shipping and one service fee credit for any inconvenience.
I have attached a copy of our correspondence with [redacted].

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept that they will NOT honor the promotion as sent. They say the promotion was very out of line with anything they off but have provided proof that such an offer was extended to me. I have continued to use the site as I was very sure that a company would honor their promotions and will continue to seek what offer was extended to me. Erroneous or false promises are bad business and and as this is a peer site as they explained will as such, share this situations with my peers as well. Yerdle dollars are available for purchase on a US dollar to yerdle dollar exchange making this e-currency of equal value to the dollar. If no resolution can be found I will seek to exchange out of the yerdle system.
This to me is very misleading and an apology is not all it will take to remedy. I am requesting (yerdle) to honor the banner as sent. screenshots can be provided I will continue to follow up with such requests identically with each reply until the promotion is fulfilled as advertised. The error was not mine and I should not suffer for yerdles inability to provide correct information or promotion to its users. The more time that passes [redacted] the situation to the fulfillment will only show an amassing lack of integrity and professionalism as well as disregard for its users on yerdles part.
