I order a neckless and bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas on October [redacted] I ordered it early to make sure I had it before Christmas and I could send it back if there was a problem Well there was a problem it is December [redacted] and I have yet to receive the neckless and they sent me a silver bracelet instead of the rose gold I orderedUpon receiving the wrong bracelet I email yerise and told them I received the wrong color and would be happy to send the bracelet back I received if they would send me the rose gold as I had ordered With no response to my first email I sent a second email in reply to an ad they sent me, once again no response after a week I sent a third email with no response from the company, but yet I continued to get ad after ad from them trying to get me to but more products from them I decided to try [redacted] since the three emails did not work and I asked them about the neckless I have not received as well as about how to get the rose gold bracelet Once again no response It is now December [redacted] and I have still heard nothing from this company I figured I would share my experience to enlighten more people about the poor customer service of yerise

The owner or CEO of the company emailed me December * because apparently some customers, like myself, who ordered back in July-Sept still have yet to receive refunds or their orders. I emailed him directly and he responded that I would receive a refund and my order but I've received nothing back not even an email response.
