At this time, I have been contacted directly by Yerise by Yeroc & Co. regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The owner or CEO of the company emailed me December [redacted] because apparently some customers, like... myself, who ordered back in July-Sept still have yet to receive refunds or their orders. I emailed him directly and he responded that I would receive a refund and my order but I've received nothing back not even an email response. I have received a confirmation email from the company saying that I should be getting my purchase sometime this week. I have not received anything yet but I am hopeful.
