I specialize in custom jewelry design…
The engagement ring design that Mr & Mrs *** chose is an extremely delicate with thin bands of diamond micropave, which I custom made and delivered to the customer in Nov The delicate design and type of metal(platinum), and diamonds, as well as the budget were chosen by and approved by the client.
It is very common for small diamonds to loosen and come out often with wear especially with a ring design as delicate as thisI have replaced several of these small diamonds over the past three years of wear, at no charge to the customer as well as personally picking up and returning the ring from their home and/or officeOn January 12, 2015, I was made aware of cracks in the metal and as a result small diamonds came outI and another respected master jeweler inspected the ring and proposed solutions by email:
to repair and strengthen the existing the ring
to completely redesign or remake the ring up to the retail value of $3500.
Both options were offered at no cost to my client.
After meetings with the client refused both options and demand a full retail value refund ($3500)after years of wear
The inspection mentioned by the client was performed by a competing jeweler, that they have a relationship withI have asked several times for a copy of this report so that I can respond in a professional manner and the client has refusedHis claim that I have damaged the ring during the process of repairing it is simply not true.
My offer still stands even though, custom made jewelry is not returnable and especially not after years of wear and service Even Costco jewelry has a one year return policy and only if you are purchasing a jewelry piece of greater valueI have responded to the client courteously and thoughtfully and am willing to provide copies of emails and text messages, if they they are neededThe client continues to text and email attempting to get their full retail refund, however at this point we have reached an impasseSincerely,

There are issues regarding fraud of her product and materials used that are being investigated. Review: I purchased an engagement ring from [redacted], of [redacted] jewelry. Shortly after my engagement, diamonds from the ring began to fall out of the ring and needed constant repair. Problems continued with the ring including cracking more diamonds falling out. I took the ring to be inspected by another jeweler and they said the ring had been further damage by repairs done by [redacted] jewelery. I requested a refund from the jeweler. The jeweler agreed to refund the cost of the ring. Now the jeweler has not returned any phone calls or emails, and has not done a refund as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the ring and get a refund.
