Review: On 11/**/14 I brought in a sweater to be dry cleaned. A few days later I brought in a skirt. When I returned to pick up my items, only the skirt was given to me. I asked the attendant whether there was anything else waiting for me (I had temporarily forgotten that I was also waiting on the sweater) and she told me there was nothing else waiting for me to pickup. I then found the receipt for the sweater. I went back and the attendant told me it has been returned to me on the same day I picked up the skirt (not true). I asked her to review the clothes rack and review her system. She hastily and rudely did and told me that I had picked it up. I went back to review everything in my closet just to do due diligence. The sweater was no where to be found. I went back twice more to ask if she had located the sweater yet but all she kept doing was pointing at the screen telling me that I had already picked it up. I asked to speak to her [redacted] to arrange for reimbursement of the item and she refused.

Long story short: the cleaner lost or stole my cashmere sweaterDesired Settlement: The ideal outcome would be for her to return my sweater. Since that doesn't seem likely, I'd like to be reimbursed for the lost item. This was a very nice cashmere sweater that I had only worn twice. It will cost me $175-$200 to replace.

Review: I have been a customer of Yes Cleaners located at [redacted] for about a year now. I take my dry cleaning to them on a weekly basis spending anywhere from $30-$80 a week for the past year. Having a career in finance from time to time I would catch pricing inconsistencies on my bill/dry clean ticket. It was always a couple of dollars here and there so I never said anything. Today I questioned the Manager about my ticket and why I was being over charged $2.50. I dropped off 15 dress shirts which cost $2.25 each and the bill came to $36.25 instead of $33.75. I also pointed out that this has been happening for a while and that I needed to know why. The Manager/Employee told me that they had no time to discuss this with me and also said that the system does this on its own and that they have nothing to do with it. I reminded the manager that she told me the price per shirt a year ago when I first became a customer and she acknowledged that. When I continued to ask why I am being charged different prices every time I come there she ignored me and walked to the back of the store. I was calm, very respectful and was still ignored. It is not right for a business of this type to operate and charge different customers different prices as they please. I am a tax paying resident of New York and a Citizen of the United Sates and would like this business to be held accountable for their actions.Desired Settlement: I would like a sensible explanation of the various prices I have been paying for the same services when other customers I know are not being treated like this. I also want to know what further legal action I can take if the Revdex.com finds wrong doing.
