As most "poor credit" car sales/finance places, YES is among the typical scoundrelsThey charge 1/times the value of the vehicle, have it financed at an outrageous percent rate and then if you get behind, they give no written notice of past due amounts before they just take your carMy husband was recently laid off from a large CompanyWe got behind on the payment but had a scheduled payment through their finance company Car Financial scheduledWe even offered them copies of the Severance Pay package just to wait a couple more days BUT Waiting a FEW days for the severance pay was not something these people were willing to even considerWe were not several months behind either, we were going on but offered one payment and they refused itThey would not even wait ONE DAY for a paymentBEWARE hardworking people with less than perfect credit if you are considering getting a car through these peopleThey have NO shame or compassion; only greed and willing to wreck a hardworking families lives over a couple of DAYS
I brought a car on 5/5/a cash payment with my card the air compressor was out they agree to fix the problem wasn't able to take the car that daymoney already tooking out my account I call over four time day about picking up the car [redacted] the man how sold is the car was never able to come to the phone all the times I was calling called the mechanic no answer no calls back just automatic text messages was the only thing I was getting three days later I finally talk to [redacted] after coming to the dealership twice and pick up the car on the 8th took the car put gas in it and went home the next morning I try to go to work the car wouldn't move call the mechanic talk to him to bring it up to the deal ship its no way to drive the car so what I'm I suppose to do I have two kids loss over dollars and still no car and im still not getting answer or call backs and its been only a week picking up the car
