Yes I Can #1 Handyman

Review: I paid this handyman to repair roof leaks on 2 occasions. The first time he put roof tar down and the leak was still there. The second time he replaced some roofing tiles. After both repairs were done and paid for the roof is still leaking just as bad as it did before he did the work. I have called him several times and tried to get him to look at the problem again but he never returns my calls. In addition, I signed a contract with the same handyman to replace the PVC drain under my kitchen sink. I already paid him for the job. He never returned to repair the PVC drain and there again I called him several times to do the job but again he never answers the phone. Can you please help me out?Desired Settlement: I would like him to come back and repair the roof so it does not leak. I would like him to come back and replace the PVC drain line under my sink I have already paid him for both of these jobs and have the receipts to prove it. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and I would sure appreciate it if you can help me out.
