Hello [redacted] ordered a stackable washer and dryer We sent unit to be delivered upon arriving qat location we discovered the space for the was and dryer was too small and the unit had to be carried over a island counter instead of the proper way of rolling the unit in through the kitchen haul away.we finally manged to get the unit installed after about an hour due to improper installation of the basement kitchen which looked like it had been custom built.later that week I had to go back to Dc to check on the stack because the washer was not coming onI then opted to replace the unit with a detachable front load style washer and dryer which I felt would be a better fit and was an upgrade from the current unit installedThe second unit was tested before delivery and worked fineAfter installing the second unit which is an asko foreign brand I got another call claim it was not working I went back a second time tested unit and it worked fineI advised [redacted] that [redacted] that the tenants were not operating it the right way and showed him how to start the unitA few days later another call came in with the same problem it was not workingAfter trips I advised [redacted] to replace the units with a brand new one since and had found him one at 50% off[redacted] declined and insisted on a used unit and didnt want to spend alittle more money to keep happy tenantsI also advised [redacted] that a used unit may not be suitable for the young tenants he had because they were not familiar with operating or maintaining older units and that a new one would be better for them he still declinedFinally we both agreed that I would refun money paid for the unitsAnd have the washer dryer returnedMy technicians brought the units back to the shop tested the washer and it worked just fine and was sold the t day to a different tenant who never called back to say it wad not workingI advised [redacted] that the units were fine and again advised him to have new units installedI refunded the amount [redacted] paid for the washer and dryer minus the delivery fee which is non refundable and also stated on his invoice.Delivery fee is separate fee charged for the service of delivery which he received this service more than once and was charged discount fee of $one time The type of improper construction of his kitchen required door being removed and unit being carried in an unsafe manner to get units in and out .***s delivery install should have been double what he paid and out of courtesy we did not increase the feeI went above and beyond trying to correct the problem and do not feel I owe [redacted] $for service that was done.He has called and text [redacted] has been very unreasonable given the effort put forth to correct the problem as well as time and money.in addition he was advised on a better way to accommodate his tenants by replacing units with a new one at 50% discountHis original washer and dryer that brokedid so because tenants did not use it properly and the dryer lint screen had never been cleaned posing a fire hazard this is one of many reasons I recommened a safer and new unit

finally manged to get the unit installed after about an hour due to improper installation of the basement kitchen which looked like it had been custom built.later that week I had to go back to Dc to check on the stack because the washer was not coming on. I then opted to replace the unit with a detachable front load style washer and dryer which I felt would be a better fit and was an upgrade from the current unit installed. The second unit was tested before delivery and worked fine. After installing the second unit which is an asko foreign brand I got another call claim it was not working I went back a second time tested unit and it worked fine. I advised [redacted] that [redacted] that the tenants were not operating it the right way and showed him how to start the unit. A few days later another call came in with the same problem it was not working. After 3 trips I advised [redacted] to replace the units with a brand new one since and had found him one at 50% off.[redacted] declined and insisted on a used unit and didnt want to spend alittle more money to keep happy tenants. I also advised [redacted] that a used unit may not be suitable for the young tenants he had because they were not familiar with operating or maintaining older units and that a new one would be better for them he still declined. Finally we both agreed that I would refun money paid for the units. And have the washer dryer returned. My technicians brought the units back to the shop tested the washer and it worked just fine and was sold the t day to a different tenant who never called back to say it wad not working. I advised [redacted] that the units were fine and again advised him to have new units installed. I refunded the amount [redacted] paid for the washer and dryer minus the delivery fee which is non refundable and also stated on his invoice.Delivery fee is separate fee charged for the service of delivery which he received this service more than once and was charged discount fee of $75 one time . The type of improper construction of his kitchen required door being removed and unit being carried in an unsafe manner to get units in and out .[redacted]s delivery install should have been double what he paid and out of courtesy we did not increase the fee. I went above and beyond trying to correct the problem and do not feel I owe [redacted] $75 for service that was done.He has called and text[redacted] has been very unreasonable given the effort put forth to correct the problem as well as time and money.in addition he was advised on a better way to accommodate his tenants by replacing units with a new one at 50% discount. His original washer and dryer that brokedid so because tenants did not use it properly and the dryer lint screen had never been cleaned posing a fire hazard this is one of many reasons I recommened a safer and new unit.

Used appliance didnt work out spend a couple more dolars to accomidate your tenants  who  pay you monthly. Cheap is not always better. Three attempts to correct problem hardly sounds like the picture you are trying to portray of a get over type business person. For the last time I suggested a different option which was to get the new set which by the way I was not making any profit off of but much like losing sleep over $75 service delivery fee he refused to spend a few more dollars to accomodate his tenants. Speaks volumes about character. And still purchased a fourth used appliance hardly makes logic
