..do not frequent this Auto repair BUSINESS!.. they are in the business of scamming consumers and they are terrible at it.. I originally brought my vehicle in to diagnose and troubleshoot heating issues. this Unskilled Scammer who by the way calls himself COLIS, and was referred to me by a good friend of mine and Who is not the owner, gets inside of the vehicle drives a few feet, then tells me that I need new brakes and rotors. I specifically did not ask him to install New Brakes and Rotors, despite the fact that he kept telling me I did.

After a day has passed and not having heard anything further regarding my vehicle from Colis, I texted him to inquire about the status of the diagnostics and repairs. He sent to me via text message an invoice for which he applied all of the 200 dollar amount to a Brake and Rotor special listed on the invoice as well as other separate repairs related to the wheel area of the vehicle for which I only became aware of Him having done such other repairs and charging an extra 150 dollars to do such repairs and labor for which I did not approve of in our initial conversation and separate from the 200 dollars he already charged.

I then asked him to save the parts he had already changed so I can have them inspected for any damage, and he later informed that he threw them away.
Upon questioning him about why the heating issue wasn't addressed first and the 200 dollar amount was applied to a brake and rotor special for which I did not approve of, and why the brake and rotor special did not contain a parts and labor breakdown of what's included in this special. he insisted on telling me that I gave him permission to apply that 200 dollars to the brake and rotor special only, not including labor charges for which I later learned became a separate amount.

I then informed him that I could have gotten the parts much cheaper than what he charged me for and produced various sources for which that could have been accomplished but it was too late because he already applied both parts and labor to the vehicle separate from the brake and rotor special without my approval. I then asked him for the company invoice by which the company paid for such parts and he declined to produce them stating that it is something that he does not do.

I then asked Colis about the heating concerns with the vehicle and he stated to me that I would need several parts, one of which is a Lower intake Gasket and Lower intake Manifold for a total cost of $286 dollars, though he declined to say whether that would include just the parts or both parts and labor. he also stated that ONLY the dealer would have these parts.

I then proceeded to show him several sources for which both the parts and the labor by which these parts are installed are way lower than the quote he was charging me and upon stating to him as well as showing him, he suggested that I get the parts from these sources but increased the price of his labor to 275 dollars.

The following day, I texted Colis via text message that I would no longer have any business dealings with him and that I would be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get the heating issues repaired. I picked up the vehicle from outside of the repair location on the sidewalk without my old parts on the same day. I was able to drive the vehicle but for short distances so as to not overheat the vehicle and with plans to get it to a mechanic to address the heating issue or park it until I was able to get the heating issue addressed.

On July 25, 2016 two days after picking up my vehicle, while entering exit 13 going west on the belt parkway, there was a rumbling vibration on the driver's side of the vehicle and immediately afterwards the Left wheel dislodged completely from the vehicle and tilted to the left hand side. I swerved to the right and applied the brakes as a truck narrowly missed hitting me and my vehicle as I attempted to exit from the vehicle after applying the brakes.
The left wheel continued to roll down the belt parkway and at that point I applied the hazard lights and called 911, who summoned a tow truck to assist me and the vehicle off the highway. I finally exited the vehicle from the passenger side. The driver's side wheel was never recovered.

Now im left with damages to the vehicle for towing and repair fees, and No vehicle by which I need to run my business.. the owners name is GARTH M.Nelson.. or perhaps the bigger issue is why would the owner of the business allow his workers to cheat consumers and not do anything about it?

DO NOT EVER Frequent, Get a referral, or drop in with any thing related to fixing your vehicle, you would rather walk on a bed of hot coals to your destination than do business with these crooks.
I wish I could give minus stars but I guess the REVDEX coders havent figured that one out yet..
