Shame on you ***A little patience and your bank would've shown the refund in your account as expectedAgain, banks can take a few days to show new depositsIt's not necessary to immediately leave that distasteful message, file a Revdex.com complaint, file a report with the local police, and send angry emails

To avoid being charged the annual membership renewal fee, you are fully responsible for canceling your account before, or on the exact date and time, your annual membership expires. You are responsible for knowing when your free trial and annual membership expires. When canceling your account, you are required to cancel your account as directed in Section 13. Yessy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5."This is in addition to the cancellation instructions provided in your original Welcome email, on your Commerce page where you provided your payment information.As long as you continue to have your art gallery on the Yessy website, you must pay the fee. If you no longer wish to have your art gallery on the Yessy website, you must cancel your account before the fee occurs. Later, when you did choose to cancel, a prorated refunded was automatically provided to you.It is your responsibility to know when your fee occurs, and that you must cancel before that if you wish to cancel. You can not rely on us to remind you, or to rely on emails that you may not see, or that may get delivered to your spam folder, etc. It is always your responsibility to cancel, if you wish.A prorated refund was provided to you. You continued to use Yessy for over a month before you chose to cancel. A full refund is not possible. The prorated refund is correct, and all policies were followed, just as with every other member.There is nothing we can do for you further, that wouldn't make it unfair to everyone else. I am rejecting this response because:I find absolutely nothing in Yessy's Terms of Service or elsewhere on their webpage that gives them the right to continue to charge a Seller more than for the initial one year period. Even magazines that offer continuous service still notify the subscriber that a new charge will be made unless the subscriber says he no longer wishes to receive that magazine.I realize I probably have little chance to ever receive a complete refund, but I still feel that this is a very poor way of treating sellers and I want to make this known.So no, I do not and will not accept the response.  Yessy is clearly just plain wrong.  At least they should add some language to warn potential sellers that you plan to continue charging them an annual fee even after the first year.  That's the least you can do as a reputable business.Sincerely,[redacted]
