Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do agree that they spent hours on the telephone One time, they had me on hold for minutes Then a tech came on the telephone and told me that they were closing for the night I was not satisfied with service and reinstalled my OS after clearing my machine The next morning, I received a telephone call from Yes-Tech asking why they could not get on my computer I told I was not satisfied with the service and reinstalled my OS And I wanted a refund of my money Their web site states they will refund the fees if one is not satisfied with their service I was told the funds would be return to my accountIn the original complaint, I noted I made several follow up calls After file the complaint with you, I have not contacted them The below communication was the second communication I received On August 25, 2015, a male called, claimed his name was ***, and claim I had not used their serviceI said, "What?" Then realized who the company was and state." I wanted my money back!" He hung up the telephone(August 25, 1108) Then I receive your message on August 28,(This message) I searched "audio editing" and founded a number of programs availableI , also searched "proving audio editing" and found a number of way to prove itToday, a male called at August 31,2015, state they will refund the money But when I asked how long will it take? The answer was it will take a while No identification of the male was given Only that he was calling for Yes Tech Regards, [redacted] ***

First of all, We apologize for inconvenience causedWe are a customer centric company and always believe in sorting out issuesAs per the complaint, customer is suppose to give us a call every month if she wanted a free diagnosis as promised which our support team never received nor we can see any emails from herSecuritysoftware can only warn you but can not completely protect you until you don't want them to stop on any program you are accessingRefund request will not be processed

emails from her. Securitysoftware can only warn you but can not completely protect you until you don't want them to stop on any program you are accessing. Refund request will not be processed
